Help with Dragon Images and Layout

If I hand-draw a dragon, would someone be willing to do a template using it? I don't have a tablet currently. However, it also means you're sworn to secrecy as to what the Earth dragons will look like :3 I may also need help with coloring, but for now I'm just worried about a line art/shaded template that we can have for the first hatching.

Also looking for someone to design/code or either half of that for a layout. Until the reveal of the earth dragons I'm not terribly worried about a dragon-based layout, however I would like something better than.. well... this -gestures at the lame blue background-

i cant shade but I can lineart and set up a layered template. Unfortunately, I dont know how to code proboards. There is a site that has things like skins and the like that you can use for free though, if that helps. Back to Neverland
